The cheat lets you manage players and teams. These are in the form of two windows

The Team Manager

The team manager lets you select and unselect teams, by itself this does nothing however certain cheat features such as aimbot and esp support filtering by these selections.

The Player Manager

The player manager shows you all online players on the server, it gives you their steamid64, name, and friend status. You can click on the friend status to change it, you can click on the steamid to open the targets steam profile in the in game overlay. And you can right click on the steamid to open a menu that lets you copy the steamid in many different formats.
